Here are directions to the meet up spot.  Just follow the road south over the bridge when you get off the center island ferry.

It can be a bit cooler on the island so It's a good idea to bring a jacket.  This spot is right on the sandy beach, you can sit on a log or bring a towel to sit on.

Also roastable snacks, beverages.   I'm bringing Corn on the cob, brussel sprouts, green beens, baked potatoes, marshmallows, chips and beer!

The last ferry leaving centre island back to the city is 11 PM, there is also an 11:30 PM ferry leaving Ward's Island
